Introductory declaration from the Mayor
Conscious of the necessity of the town of the 21st century, our city will be opening its doors to the Spanish business sector. The council of Ciudad Real is proposing to build a high-tech industrial Park to offer businesses the opportunity of settling in our capital. The Park will respond to the needs of an up coming business sector that prioritizes the development of research, design and Innovation. The idea of a high-tech industrial Park is new to Castilla La Mancha, and Ciudad Real has put itself at the forefront of this strand of industrial development which is already producing encouraging results in other Spanish cities. Now, at the beginning of 2002, this long-awaited project is at last a reality: Parque Industrial Avanzado de Castilla La Mancha. Situated in a strategic location in the heart of La Mancha, our industrial
Park offers a wide range of benefits. It is an ideal and attractive
location for companies investing in Research, Development and Innovation
due to the business area´s technological capacity, as well as
being located in a city that offers both security and good services. Francisco Gil-Ortega Rincón |
