The following are required from companies wishing to locate in the park.
- A scientific or technical base.
This will be recognized through the activities of a scientific
or technological nature done by the company in the last three years.
- Academic/Professional Qualification.
This is to be recognized through the professional and academic
qualifications of the employees and management and in particular
those responsible for the undertaking of the contract. At least
a third of the staff are required to be qualified.
- Technical capacity of the management.
We require Industrial Production Companies that incorporate electronic
elements to the industrial process or product, and dedicates part
of its operations to industrial design and innovation.
This requirement will be recognized through the providing of documents
that will be analysed against the predicted performance in accordance
with section g) of article 19 of T.R.C.A.P.
The
contracting body, in accordance with the above criteria will select
and invite the applicants to simultaneously submit their written proposals.
The management of the Ciudad Real Council withhold the list of Administrative
clauses for the transfer of the Industrial Park´s land.
The lists were published in the B.O.P. nº 150 on the 17th December
2001. From this date, there is a two month period, until the 18th February
2002 to submit the application.
The criteria of Adjudication
The propositions of the selected applicants, who have conformed to
the 18th clause of this document will be evaluated for the contract,
in accordance with the following criteria:
1. The efficiency deployed in the use of land in relation
to the performance of development and construction (up to 30 points).
2. The effect of the business´ industrial and economic development
specified in its local, regional or provincial scope (up to 25 points).
3. Innovations in the construction of the buildings, with particular
reference to disabled access (up to 20 points).
4. The quality of the building project, in erection and its fencing
(up to 12 points).
5. Investment in research and development (up to 8 points).
6. The confirmed collaboration with the University (up to 3 points).
7. The use of alternative energy sources, with the employment of technicians
to reduce the rate of energy and water comsumption (up to 2 points).
